I always belive in positive thinking , Like a magnet the thoughts and images held in one's mind determind what is attracted to them . This is also the idea of the secret movie . These days I have a really difficult responsiblity and a hard job , every morning I need to remind myself to visualize a very fantastic team , trying to approach a specifc target and honor other team members !
